Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque no se corrigieron las deficiencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión y porque en el escrito de corrección persistieron las dificultades de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el recurrente se limitó a reiterar la argumentación del escrito de subsanación y a controvertir las exigencias señaladas por la magistrada sustanciadora, sin exponer argumentos que permitieran identificar algún yerro en el auto de rechazo.
Por no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa se RECHAZÓ el recurso impetrado.
